What Makes us Unique
When you work with Iron & Oak, one of the owners will have their hands on the job on a consistent basis. We don’t simply sign a job and then you’ll never see us again. You will have a literal owner of the business on your job every day constructing the project and managing it every step of the way. We take every job very personally as if it were our own home and treat every home with the most fine-tuned attention to detail as possible.
One of our owners, Jake, is the project manager and customer relations specialist. He keeps you up to date daily with what happened on the job that day, the game plan for tomorrow, and the project as it comes. He also makes sure that you are satisfied with everything every step of the way. His goal is to make the customer as involved or uninvolved as he/she wants to be and to be as communicative as possible while keeping the customer as happy as possible.
Doug has been in carpentry for over 23 years and worked in every aspect of carpentry from framing to trim carpentry. There is nothing he can’t build and build well. He also is a project manager and has his hands on every job.
Carpenters are really just problem solvers, every job has its unique challenges and we pride ourselves in being able to tackle those challenges while still delivering beautiful results.
